Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and Haryana RERA Rules, even minor formatting errors, discrepancies between architect and chartered accountant certificates, or name mismatches across KYC records can lead to procedural delays, show-cause notices, or outright application rejection.

- We are NOT government officers: We have no affiliation, empanelment, endorsement, or formal association with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram or HRERA Panchkula), the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), or any government body.
- We do NOT issue certificates or licenses: The sole legal authority to grant, reject, or scrutinize RERA registrations belongs to the official Authority.
- Our role is private advisory: We act as professional service providers hired by clients to audit, collate, draft, format, resolve name discrepancies, and assist in submitting their regulatory files under client authorization.
- Direct statutory payments: All government statutory registration and scrutiny fees must be paid directly to Haryana RERA official government accounts.
