1. Information We Collect

To provide professional document compilation, auditing, and portal submission assistance under Haryana RERA rules, we collect the following categories of information upon client engagement:

• Contact & Identification Details: Full name, permanent and correspondence addresses, telephone number, mobile number (including WhatsApp contact), and email address.
• Statutory KYC & Tax Records: Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar card copies, Income Tax Returns (ITR acknowledgment forms), and Form 16 / tax audit statements.
• Business & Entity Documentation: Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deeds, Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA), Board Resolutions, registered office electricity bills, and lease agreements.
• Real Estate Project Documents (For Developers): Title deeds, conveyance deeds, mutation entries (Jamabandi/Intiqal), 30-year non-encumbrance reports, sanction layout drawings, and technical certificates issued by Chartered Accountants, Architects, and Structural Engineers.

2. Purpose of Collection & Processing

We process client information strictly and exclusively for legitimate professional consultancy operations:

• Auditing documents against the prescribed check-points of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
• Drafting mandatory affidavits for name mismatch, character verification certificates, address declarations, and compliance undertakings.
• Structuring the RERA Registration application file or Section 4 project registration docket.
• Assisting with digital filing on the official Haryana RERA web portal under express written authorization from the client.
• Responding to regulatory deficiency notices or clarification inquiries issued by the authority's scrutiny branch.

3. Strict Prohibition on Data Selling & Commercial Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or monetize client personal data, KYC documents, or property records to any third party, lead-generation network, advertising exchange, or unaffiliated real estate broker. Your records are utilized solely for the compliance engagement authorized by you.

4. Government Portal Disclosures & Public Records

When our team uploads client application files to the official portal (haryanarera.gov.in) on your behalf and with your authorization, statutory documents (such as approved layout plans, project registration certificates, quarterly progress metrics, and broker license statuses) are processed by the government authority and become subject to official government public disclosure mandates as codified under Section 4 and Section 9 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.

5. Data Security & Storage Safeguards

We enforce administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect confidential client records from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Digital draft copies are stored in access-restricted directories accessible only to assigned compliance researchers and draftsmen.

6. Retention & Client Right to Erasure

Client documentation is retained in our internal archives for the duration of the filing and verification lifecycle, plus a period necessary to satisfy professional liability, tax auditing, and regulatory record-keeping laws. Clients may request an inventory of their records or request the deletion of non-statutory preliminary draft files by sending a written notice to our compliance desk.
