- Chartered Accountant Certificate (Form 3 equivalent): Incurred land & construction costs against receivables
- Harmonization of numbers across CA, Engineer, and Architect filings to prevent scrutiny rejection
3. Sanction Plans & Statutory Approvals Collation

- Draft bank covenants and tripartite bank agreement review
- Standardized withdrawal certificates formulation for construction phases
- Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) advisory framework to prevent authority show-cause notices
Project Advisory Fee Structure & Statutory Notice
Milestone Commercial Engagement: Project registration advisory fees are determined based on the gross land acreage and development type (plotted vs group housing vs commercial). Our fee is strictly structured on milestone deliverables: 50% upon initial document audit and draft compilation, and 50% upon portal file assembly and acknowledgment generation.
Statutory Government Fees: Government scrutiny fees, registration fees (calculated per square meter of FAR or plot area), and web portal fees are paid directly by the developer via the Haryana RERA portal (haryanarera.gov.in). Our consultancy does not collect or remit government statutory fees.
